Perfectly prep for the day with this low-foam facial cleansing gel, that uses an ultra mild combination of sulfate-free surfactants to leave skin clean and fresh. The highly effective trio of Crodasinic™ LS30, our new biosurfactant NatraFusion™ SL HA and Crodateric™ CAB 30 has been optimised to deliver a powerful yet gentle cleansing experience, with effective moisturisation delivered by Crodamol™ IPIS. A cold process manufacturing method has been made possible through the combination of Amigum™ and Xanthan Gum, delivering a gel format with high natural content. Skin radiance is enhanced thanks to Phytessence™ Pink Pomelo EC by delivering mild exfoliation, and is complemented by the addition of Evermat™ which helps to balance oil production for a noticeably mattified appearance.

Method

Premix Glycerin/Propanediol with Amigum/Xantham Gum (Part A). Dissolve preservatives in water (Part B). Add Part B to A with stirring (900rpm). Continue to mix with a propeller stirrer until fully swollen (approximately 30 minutes at 900rpm). Homogenise with an Ultra Turrax for 1 min/100g formulation to thicken further.

Combine Part C then add to Parts A/B with slow stirring (200rpm) until incorporated. Add Parts D, E and F in turn with slow stirring (200rpm). Check pH and adjust to 5.0-5.5, if necessary, using Part G.

Stability

3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 40°C, 45°C and 50°C and 7 x - 10°C/+40°C 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle.
