This Aqua-Sebum Balancing Water is formulated with Normaseb™ PH, a bio-conversion active that provides normalization of the sebaceous activity of oily, dry and combination skins. Based on a microemulsion system of Procetyl™ AWS and Crodafos™ O3A, it is a transparent formulation with 5% Cropure™ Grapeseed content, a high purity natural oil. This formulation has a transparent appearance, and light sensory. It is a toner that suits all skin types.
