As a self-bodying emulsifier, INCROQUAT BEHENYL TMS allows you to create elegant cationic lotions in one step. CROMOLLIENT DP3A is a novel di-ester that provides the lotion with an exceptionally lubricious skin feel and excellent rub-in.
