Myrj S40 & Myrj S100 are of non-ionic surface active agents produced by the polyethoxylation of high quality fatty acids. The standard range is based upon stearic acid with members containing 40 and 100 moles of ethylene oxide. They are polyglycol esters and may be represented by the following formula:
